Four-stage Quality Check
Every order passes four checks before it ships.
Have you ever encountered minor problems such as unsealed edges, rusty hinges, rapid LED light failure, poor panel water resistance, or broken mirrors?
IQC
Material Inspection
Check boards, hardware, glass, mirrors, basins, tops, and LED parts before they enter the warehouse.
- ENF / E0 / E1 board-grade certificates and random density cut checks
- Hardware salt spray testing, including 48-hour or 72-hour requirements
- Glass, mirror, copper-free mirror, stone, and basin surface checks
IPQC
In-Process Check
Cutting, edge banding, drilling, painting, and assembly each have a checkpoint.
- PUR zero-joint bonding with good waterproof and sealing performance
- Accelerated aging tests for edge swelling and water damage
- Hole position, paint, color, panel squareness, mirror edge, and thickness checks
FQC
Final Product Check
Inspect the bathroom vanity cabinet body, mirror, or mirror cabinet to ensure each item meets the customer’s requirements.
- Doors and drawers opened and closed by hand for smooth, quiet movement
- Gap alignment held to +/-0.5 mm, with cabinet load-bearing checks
- LED mirror aging test, mirror image clarity check, and hinge opening and closing test to at least 80,000 cycles
OQC
Pre-Shipment Check
Before packing and loading, the finished batch gets a final AQL sampling check.
- AQL check on look, size, function, packing, labels, and accessories
- LED voltage, anti-fog, wiring, and switch checked
- Photos, carton marks, and shipping documents prepared for you
The stress test lab
Test The Parts That Usually Cause Complaints.
We push the parts most likely to fail. Tempered glass mirrors undergo ball impact testing. Hinges go through opening, closing, and corrosion resistance testing. Sealed edges and cabinet structures are checked through edge sealing and load-bearing capacity tests so these faults do not occur in the bathroom.
Hinge cycle test
Our soft-close hinges and drawer slides are tested to 80,000 cycles (DIN EN 15570), supporting up to 25 years of use and ensuring smooth, silent operation without sagging.
Moisture test
Boards are sprayed or soaked to confirm that sealed edges resist swelling and peeling.
Load test
Our wall-hung cabinet structures are stress-tested with a 200kg static load.
Humidity & electrical test
LED mirrors and anti-fog film are checked in controlled heat and humidity before they ship.
Standard Inspection
The same standard on every batch — not just the sample.
When producing large quantities of goods, we set clear quality standards. Each key stage follows a clear SOP board, a tolerance target, and an approved sample. This ensures that the 100th vanity is as perfect as the first.
Measure the Gap
Target: ±0.5 mm alignment on the door and drawer fronts you can see.
Check the Color
Under natural light, check if the cabinet color meets the requirements.
Opening and Closing Test
Open and close the doors and drawers to check for any unusual noises.
Data Logging
All inspection data will be recorded. Products are shipped to customers only after they meet quality requirements.

Third-Party or Your Team
