Confirm size, drawing, material, color, basin, countertop, hardware, LED mirror, mirror cabinet, logo, and packaging.
Make the sample
Pay the sample fee. Our sample team makes the sample based on the confirmed details.
Check Samples
Once the sample is complete, we will check the details. After confirming the sample is correct, we will send it to you.
Ship the sample
The sample can be shipped by DHL, FedEx, or your own forwarder. We will send the tracking number and sample photos to you.

Yes, we charge for samples and air freight.
Confirm what the sample includes, how long it takes, and how it will be shipped.
- Sample fee Covers custom material preparation, engineering setup, sample production, finishing, and packing.
- Air freight Freight based on sample weight, volume, destination, and courier route. You can also use your own DHL, FedEx, or forwarder account.
- Refund rule When you place a bulk order, the sample fee will be refunded. It will be used to offset the cost of the bulk order.
